About the Book
Dr. Ajit Kumar working as Assistant Professor, Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna. He served as Research Fellow in a NATP Project at Ranchi Veterinary College, Ranchi (Jharkhand) and also as Touring Veterinary Officer in the Animal and Fishery Resources Department, Government of Bihar. He has published 48 Research/Review articles and 54 popular articles. He has given 52 T.V. and Radio talks. He has written chapter in five books and published two books. He has successfully completed one university funded project as Principal Investigator. He has also associated as two AICRP project as Co-PI and also associated with three University funded projects. He has worked as reviewer in National and International Journals. He has got Young Scientist Award and also ICAR-SRF (PGS) award. He has been teaching Veterinary Parasitology since last twelve years. He also served as Officer Incharge, Library and Incharge, Diagnostic Laboratory, VCC and Officer Incharge, Academic Cell, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna.
Dr. S. Samantaray did his B.V.Sc & A.H. form Odisa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar and completed his Master’s and Doctorate from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He served Haryana Agricultural University as Asstt. Professor Parasitology and University Professor Parasitology at Bihar Veterinary College, Patna and finally retired as Dean, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna. He has been teaching Veterinary Parasitology for last 35 years.
